Sebastian Sudrow is interested in new technologies and media as well as in the upheavals and challenges in these industries. For years, he has enjoyed working in new legal and technological territory and deals in particular with complex data protection issues.
Sebastian’s clients include start-ups, app developers, record labels, book publishers and online stores. He accompanies projects from the drafting and negotiation of contracts to the implementation of legal proceedings.
In trademark law, Sebastian oversees the portfolio of several internationally known trademarks. His experience includes the development of trademark strategies, representation in trademark proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This also includes the enforcement and defense of trademark rights in court infringement proceedings.
Another focus of attorney Sudrow’s work is press and publicity law. Furthermore, he works for the transparency portal FragDenStaat.de as an external lawyer.
